- 1 box of uncooked whole wheat macaroni
- ½ bag of Soy Add-ums
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- garlic-parsley powder
- Vegit all-purpose seasoning
- Lawry's seasoned salt
- Vegenaise dressing
Cook macaroni as directed on package and set aside in large serving container. Prepare Soy Add-ums as directed on package (use garlic-parsley powder, Vegit seasoning and Lawry's seasoned salt where directed to on package). Drain finished Soy Add-ums thoroughly. Add Soy Add-ums, celery, red pepper and fresh parsley to macaroni. Then evenly fold in more garlic-parsley powder, Vegit seasoning, Lawry's seasoned salt and Vegenaise to taste. Serve cold. Serves 8.
