And it came to pass after three days that the officers went through the host,

and be ready against the third day; for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon Mount Sinai.

For ye shall pass over the Jordan to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God giveth you, and ye shall possess it and dwell therein.
