And behold, there came a man of God out of Judah by the word of the LORD unto Bethel; and Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense.

For so was it charged me by the word of the LORD, saying, `Eat no bread, nor drink water, nor turn again by the same way that thou camest.'"

For it was said to me by the word of the LORD: `Thou shalt eat no bread nor drink water there, nor turn back to go by the way that thou camest.'"

He said unto him, "I am a prophet also as thou art; and an angel spoke unto me by the word of the LORD, saying, `Bring him back with thee into thine house, that he may eat bread and drink water.'" But he lied unto him.

but camest back, and hast eaten bread and drunk water in the place of which the LORD said to thee, "Eat no bread, and drink no water," thy carcass shall not come unto the sepulcher of thy fathers.'"

And a certain man of the sons of the prophets said unto his neighbor in the word of the LORD, "Smite me, I pray thee." And the man refused to smite him.

And Micaiah said, "As the LORD liveth, what the LORD saith unto me, that will I speak."

Behold, I show you a mystery: We shall not all sleep; but we shall all be changed

For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise us up also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.

Who hath come before Me, that I should repay him? Whatsoever is under the whole heaven is Mine.

But unto Thee have I cried, O LORD, and in the morning shall my prayer come before Thee.

I awaited the dawning of the morning and cried; I hoped in Thy word.

Mine eyes awaited the night watches, that I might meditate on Thy word.

He said, "Yes." And when he had come into the house, Jesus preceded him, saying, "What thinkest thou, Simon? From whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? From their own children, or from strangers?"
