But Jesus did not commit Himself unto them, because He knew all men,

and needed not that any should testify of man, for He knew what was in man.

Now are we sure that Thou knowest all things and needest not that any man should ask Thee. By this we believe that Thou camest forth from God."

Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight, but all things are naked and open unto the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.

And I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He that searcheth the reins and hearts; and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

Therefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall He not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

And He said unto them, "Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith?" Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.

And immediately Jesus stretched forth His hand and caught him and said unto him, "O thou of little faith, why didst thou doubt?"

Afterward He appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat; and He upbraided them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not those who had seen Him after He was risen.
