He that loveth father or mother more than Me, is not worthy of Me. And he that loveth son or daughter more than Me, is not worthy of Me.

who said unto his father and to his mother, `I have not seen him'; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own children; for they have observed Thy word, and kept Thy covenant.

And the multitude sat about Him, and they said unto Him, "Behold, thy mother and thy brethren outside seek for thee."

And He answered them, saying, "Who is My mother, or My brethren?"

And He said unto them, "How is it that ye sought Me? Knew ye not that I must be about My Father's business?"

And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.

And when they lacked wine, the mother of Jesus said unto Him, "They have no wine."

Jesus said unto her, "Woman, what have I to do with thee? Mine hour is not yet come."

Therefore, henceforth know we no man according to the flesh; yea, though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now henceforth we know Him so no more.
