"`If thy brother waxeth poor and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

"`And if thy brother be waxed poor and hath fallen into ruin with thee, then thou shalt relieve him, yea, though he be a stranger or a sojourner, that he may live with thee.

Yet now our flesh is as the flesh of our brethren, our children as their children; and lo, we bring into bondage our sons and our daughters to be servants, and some of our daughters are brought unto bondage already; neither is it in our power to redeem them, for other men have our lands and vineyards."

And I said unto them, "We, according to our ability, have redeemed our brethren the Jews who were sold unto the heathen. And will ye even sell your brethren? Or shall they be sold unto us?" Then they held their peace, and found nothing to answer.

But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under the law,

to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

For both He that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of One, for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren,

And again, "I will put My trust in Him." And again, "Behold I and the children whom God hath given Me."
