And they sent away Rebekah their sister and her nurse, and Abraham's servant and his men.

And early in the morning Laban rose up, and kissed his sons and his daughters and blessed them. And Laban departed, and returned unto his place.

And Moses said unto Hobab, the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses' father-in-law: "We are journeying unto the place of which the LORD said, `I will give it to you.' Come thou with us, and we will do thee good; for the LORD hath spoken good concerning Israel."

And he said unto him, "I will not go, but I will depart to mine own land and to my kindred."

And when the man rose up to depart, he and his concubine and his servant, his father-in-law, the damsel's father, said unto him, "Behold, now the day draweth toward evening. I pray you tarry all night. Behold, the day groweth to an end. Lodge here, that thine heart may be merry; and tomorrow get you early on your way, that thou mayest go home."
